Project description:
The design and overall construction of the "The Two Lions" shopping mall, located on the Blvd. Stamboliyski. The project includes the construction of a metal structure, installation of polyurethane thermal panels, aluminum window frames, as well as interior insulation and finishing works.
The supporting structure is made of welded metal profiles tailored to the loads and configuration of the site. The façade and roof parts are clad with polyurethane filled thermal panels which provide excellent thermal insulation, strength and resistance to external influences.
Energy efficient aluminium window frames have been installed on site , meeting modern standards for thermal insulation and visual openness. The fenestration contributes to both the modern appearance of the building and the comfort of occupancy.
The internal walls are additionally insulated with stone wool, which provides improved thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The finishing layer of plasterboard creates a smooth and clean interior surface ready for painting or decorative finishes.
Final result:
The project was completed in 25 days, within the agreed deadline and with a high degree of finish. The result is a modern, energy efficient and functional building suitable for commercial activities, which meets all regulatory requirements and client expectations.
