Project Description:
Design and construction of metal construction for a landfill located on the territory of the Market in Sofia. The facility is designed to service the logistical and environmental processes associated with the collection and temporary storage of waste, with a focus on the strength, durability and resistance of the structure.
The main bearing system is made of welded metal construction, built on site according to the specifics of the terrain and the project brief. The structure is sized for heavy loads and tailored to industrial application requirements.
The roof section is constructed with 80 mm thick roof thermal panels which provide reliable thermal and waterproofing as well as additional protection when working in different weather conditions.
Final result:
The project was completed within 19 days, including the complete fabrication of the metal structure and installation of the roof system. A functional, sustainable and easily maintainable landfill complying with modern waste management requirements was achieved.
